Challenge:
Stadiums Queensland partnered with Sport Design Australia to develop a new suite of social media templates spanning nine of Queensland's premier sporting and entertainment venues, including Suncorp Stadium, The Gabba, QSAC, Sleeman Sports Complex, Queensland Country Bank Stadium, Cbus Super Stadium, People First Stadium and Stadiums Queensland.
The project centred on creating a flexible social toolkit that gave each venue its own distinct personality while maintaining consistency with both individual brand guidelines and the broader Stadiums Queensland identity. Designed for everyday use, the templates were delivered in editable Adobe and Canva formats, empowering internal teams to produce professional, on-brand content quickly and consistently.
With nine venues, each carrying its own established brand, audience and personality, the challenge was to create a unified creative approach without making every venue look the same.
The templates needed to feel bespoke to each location while remaining practical for day-to-day use. They also had to work across multiple content types, social formats and internal teams, with editable files that made content creation simple long after the project was delivered.

Solution:
We developed a custom social media toolkit tailored to each venue, exploring creative directions that complemented existing brand guidelines while introducing a more contemporary and consistent visual language across the portfolio.
The suite included templates for event promotions, announcements, weekly schedules, attendance updates, match-day content and more, delivered across multiple social formats. Every asset was supplied as a fully editable working file, with key templates also converted into Canva to give venue teams greater flexibility and independence.
Outcome:
The result is a scalable creative toolkit that gives every Stadiums Queensland venue the confidence to produce polished, consistent content without sacrificing its individual identity.
By combining bespoke creative with practical, editable templates, the project has streamlined day-to-day content production while creating a stronger and more cohesive presence across one of Australia's largest portfolios of sporting and entertainment venues.
