
The Challenge:
The Las Vegas Raiders are one of the NFL's most iconic franchises. Silver and black runs deeper than a colour palette. When we came on board as the sports social media agency for their AUSNZ channels, our remit was strategy, content, and community. Design was never part of the conversation. With a brand this strong and a talented in-house creative team already across it, that made complete sense.
But managing social for a team like the Raiders means living inside the brand every day. And the more time we spent in it, the more ideas began to form.
The Solution:
Early in the season, we shared a few graphics. No big pitch, no formal proposal... just some concepts we'd been sitting on. The Raiders liked what they saw, and just like that, the scope expanded. We were given the green light to produce hype graphics across the 2025/26 NFL season alongside our social media management work.

The Outcome:
The graphics connected. Engagement on design posts outperformed expectations, the AUNZ audience grew across the season more than any other team in the NFL's global markets program, and what started as a social retainer quietly became a creative partnership. The client's confidence in the work grew week by week, and so did the scope.
